How I Automated My Blog (So It Practically Runs Without Me)

How I Automated My Blog (So It Practically Runs Without Me)

This website contains affiliate links. Some products are gifted by the brand. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. The content on this website was created with the help of AI.

While I share money-making strategies, nothing is "typical", and outcomes are based on each individual. There are no guarantees.

Blogging can feel like a full-time job, especially when you’re juggling keyword research, writing, editing, and publishing. But what if I told you there’s a way to automate the entire process? Imagine going from a keyword idea to a fully written, optimized, and published blog post—without ever lifting a finger. Welcome to the world of SEOWriting.com and WordPress automation.

Blogging used to take me forever. I’d sit down to write a post and before I knew it, I was four hours deep into keyword research, formatting, linking, uploading, tweaking—just to get one post live. And that was fine when I only had a couple of blogs. But as I started building more brands and growing my affiliate income, I knew I needed a better system.

Now? I have blog posts that go from keyword to published without me having to lift a finger.

Here’s precisely how I automate my content site Pinterest blog—start to finish—so I can focus on creating videos, building my coaching program, and scaling my digital products.

Why I Chose to Automate
I didn’t start with automation. I used to write every single word myself. But as I grew, my blog became a bottleneck. I was the only one who could do it the way I wanted it done, which meant it didn’t get done nearly enough.

What changed everything was realizing my time was the most valuable resource in my business. If I was going to scale, I needed systems—not more hustle. That’s when I started testing tools to streamline the entire workflow.

Step 1: I Start with SEOWriting.com
This tool is the secret weapon. I use SEOWriting.com to generate long-form, SEO-optimized blog posts based on my exact preferences. I’m not talking about spammy AI junk—this tool creates structured, high-quality posts that actually rank.

Here’s what I do:

  • I pop in a keyword I want to target
  • I set my tone, structure, and length (I usually do 1,200–1,500 words)
  • I let the tool build the outline and draft the post for me

I’ve generated dozens of blog posts this way, and the best part? I can queue them up weeks in advance and stay consistent even when life gets busy.

Step 2: My Blog Is Hosted on WP Engine
I moved to WP Engine because it’s fast, secure, and built for performance. I want my content to load quickly—especially with image-heavy posts—and I don’t want to worry about updates or backups. WP Engine handles all of that.

What I love most is the ability to integrate SEOWriting.com directly with my WordPress dashboard. So once a post is generated, it can be automatically sent to my site—formatted and ready to go. I review it, maybe tweak a few links, and hit publish.

Step 3: I Use Pinterest + Tailwind to Promote
Once a post goes live, I don’t just hope people find it—I drive traffic to it. And Pinterest is one of my top traffic sources.

I design vertical pins using ChatGPT prompts via my Harpa Chrome extension, and then create the pins in ideogram. I use the Tailwind extension to post the pins via my schedule.

It turns each post into long-term traffic.

Here’s What the Full Workflow Looks Like for Me:

  1. I open SEOWriting.com and enter a keyword
  2. The AI writes the blog post for me
  3. It’s sent straight to WordPress (hosted on WP Engine)
  4. I review and publish
  5. I create a Pinterest pin and schedule it with Tailwind

That’s it. I could literally do this in 15 minutes if I wanted to. And it works.

Final Thoughts
This isn’t just about working less—it’s about working smarter. I built this system so I could stay consistent even on the hard days. Even when I’m traveling. Even when I’m deep in video production or course creation.

If you’re juggling too many things and your blog is collecting dust, set this up. Let your content work for you in the background.
