I’m not sure about how they show international rates, but I do know they have options to apply to multiple countries. The brand sample requests are sent in batch and many people are running their business on samples. I am part of a private Facebook group where people share their success, and yes, the sample requests are working. That said – the requests are sent in big batches, so it’s a numbers game.
