Skip broad topics. Name the exact result someone can execute without you. Not “Affiliate Marketing” but “How to make your first 10 Amazon affiliate sales.” Specific outcomes convert.
Outline the result, steps, and tools
Before you open Stan Store, write three things: the result they will get, the exact steps to reach it, and the tools they will need. If they finish, what can they now do on their own?
Break it into 3 to 5 tight modules
Map your steps to a handful of modules: strategy, workflow, tools, execution, optimization. Each module is one focused move, not a lecture.
Record short, practical lessons
Keep lessons short: quick screen shares and walkthroughs. Add the templates and checklists you already use so people can act immediately, not just watch.
