My top income stream — six figures — comes from software affiliate marketing. It’s simple: I promote tools I actually use, and when someone signs up, I earn a commission. The best part is it’s mostly passive.
I started this back in 2016 when I was teaching real estate agents how to build websites. I added affiliate links for hosting, CRMs, and email tools — and some of those still pay me today. That’s the power of recurring software commissions.
