I’m 54, I Make Six Figures, and I Don’t Have a To-Do List

I’m 54, I Make Six Figures, and I Don’t Have a To-Do List

This website contains affiliate links. Some products are gifted by the brand. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases. The content on this website was created with the help of AI.

While I share money-making strategies, nothing is "typical", and outcomes are based on each individual. There are no guarantees.

I don’t have a to-do list.

At 54, I make six figures as a solo creator.
No team. No deadlines. No chaos.

Everything runs on energy, not obligation.

That shift changed everything.

Years ago, I ran a business with over 100 employees.
On paper, it looked successful.
In reality, I was exhausted.

Managing people drained me more than the work itself.
No matter what I did, it never felt enough.

After my divorce, I tore it all down.
I asked myself what kind of business actually feels good to run.
Not what looks impressive — what feels peaceful, creative, free.

I kept the pieces that fit:
my real estate license, my love for teaching, my marketing brain.

Then I rebuilt.

This time, the goal wasn’t growth.
It was ease.

Ten years later, I’m still licensed.
I rarely sell houses myself though.

My business now runs on content.

Affiliate marketing.
Digital products.
Substack.
YouTube.
Pinterest.

Each one feeds the other.
Each one makes money while I stay in flow.

Affiliate marketing is my favorite stream.

I share products I actually use — software, gear, kitchen tools, cameras — and earn when someone buys.
It’s leverage, not labor.

That same post multiplies across TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and my blog.
One idea, five income streams.

I also write and sell digital products — ebooks, templates, and guides.
Writing is my anchor.
It’s where I teach, sell, and connect.

Every article builds trust.
Every download drives income.

Now let’s talk about how I actually work.

No tasks.
No carryovers.
No pressure.

Every day starts with coffee, my $10,000 AltWorkstation chair, and curiosity.

Some mornings I film.
Some mornings I write.
Some mornings I analyze numbers.

It depends entirely on my energy.

When I wake up, I ask:
What feels alive today?

If it’s content, I’ll get ready, film a YouTube video, capture B-roll, and upload.
If it’s quiet focus, I’ll blog or plan Pinterest pins.
If it’s movement, I’ll head to the gym and record while I train.

Everything becomes content naturally.
Nothing is forced.

Morning is my best window.
Before sunrise.
Quiet. Sharp. Clear.

That’s when I write, optimize, and experiment.

AI handles the repetition now.
I’ve trained it to create like me — fast, accurate, and scalable.
Automation gives me back time to think, not just produce.

Each platform earns about $1,500 a month — Pinterest, Substack, Amazon, ebooks.
Together, that’s a steady base.

Then come the bigger earners — software affiliates, coaching, and marketing.
That’s six figures by itself.

All flow. No hustle.

My only structure?
Two group coaching calls a month.
Two hours each.

Everything else moves with alignment, curiosity, and freedom.

Most days I’m in pajamas.
Sometimes at the gym.
Sometimes swimming.
Sometimes writing under a blanket.

It’s calm. Profitable. Predictable.

No chaos.
No to-do list.
Just flow.

That’s the business I built —
and the one I’ll never trade.
