Sit by a window, clip the phone to a ring-light tripod, drop in a mic, and talk for 20 minutes. The fancy camera got sent back.
Polish in CapCut, publish from your phone
Upload to CapCut, add a light makeup filter, boost the audio, and push straight to YouTube. No desktop editing suite required.
Clip the coaching call for video #2
The next day, edit the coaching recording down to a 10–20 minute nugget. Two videos done for the week.
AI makes the thumbnail + ideas
I make my thumbnails with the $20 ChatGPT plan, and use ChatGPT or Claude to spot my channel’s patterns and pull title ideas.
