I run one coaching program. This is it.
No employees. No sales team. No launches. I build content that keeps paying me, and twice a month I get on a call and show a room full of creators exactly how I do it. That room is Ballen Academy.
Most coaching programs sell you a course library and disappear. I did that for a while.
Then I looked at who was actually building something and who was quietly canceling, and the pattern had nothing to do with the content. The people who showed up to the calls and posted in the room built businesses. The people who downloaded everything and went quiet did not.
So Academy is built around the calls and the room. The library is still there. It is just not the point.
Who this is actually for
I would rather you find out before you pay me than after. Tap the one that sounds like you.
A channel, a blog, a newsletter, a shop. Something exists. You are not asking me what business to start, you are asking why the one you have is not paying you. That is the question I am good at.
Some months are good. Then a platform changes something and you are back at zero. What you are missing is not effort, it is assets. Things you made once that keep selling while you sleep. That is the whole shift.
I rebuilt my business in my fifties from a phone. The advantage nobody tells you about is that you already know how to work, how to finish things, and how to talk to grown adults. Twenty-two year olds are still learning that part.
I can hand you the exact system and it does nothing sitting in your downloads folder. If you publish, ask questions, and bring the thing you made, you will move. If you lurk, you will not, and I would rather say that now than take your money.
You want it done for you. You want a guaranteed number. You want to be sold a dream. Or you collect programs you never open. Save your money and go watch the free videos on my channel instead.
What you actually get
Four things. Tap through them.
Two live calls a month
Not webinars. Working calls. I share my screen, pull up real dashboards, and answer whatever is in the room that day. If a platform changed something this month, we deal with it this month instead of waiting for someone to update a course module next spring. Every call is recorded, so a bad calendar week costs you nothing.
A room of people building the same thing
This is the part that decides whether you stick. You post what you are stuck on, someone who solved it last month tells you how, and you stop burning weeks on problems that already have answers. It is also where accountability lives, because nobody wants to show up empty two calls in a row.
The systems, the prompts, the playbacks
Everything I built for my own business. The content workflows, the prompt libraries, the step by step guides, and the recording of every past call with its handout attached. You are not reinventing a process I already tested with my own money.
Direct feedback on your actual work
Bring the channel, the pin, the sales page, the email. I will tell you what is wrong with it. Kindly, but I will tell you. That is the entire reason to be in a room with somebody further down the road instead of watching one more free video and guessing.
Your first ninety days
This stretch decides everything. Members who engage early build. The ones who go quiet drift. Tick these off as you go.
See how I work before you join
These are free. Everything I teach inside starts here.
I am not going to teach you how to hustle. I am going to teach you how to build things that keep paying you after you stop touching them.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need an audience already?
No. You need something started and the willingness to publish. Plenty of members joined with almost no following. What you cannot skip is having a thing that exists for people to find.
What if I cannot make the live calls?
Every call is recorded and posted with the handouts, and plenty of members watch the playbacks and ask their questions in the room instead. It works. I will be straight with you though, the people who make the calls move faster.
Is this for real estate agents?
It used to be. It is not anymore. Academy is for content creators and solopreneurs building digital income. If you are an agent who wants to build a content business you are welcome, but come for the content business.
Am I too old for this?
I am in my fifties and I rebuilt the bulk of this business from my phone. Most of the room skews older. You are in good company and you are not late.
How long do people stay?
As long as it is useful. There is no contract and no phone call to cancel. I would rather you leave when you have what you came for than stay resentful.
What does it cost?
Current pricing lives on the join page, because it moves. Head to ballenacademy.com for the live number.
Come build the thing
Two calls a month, a room that answers, and every system I use in my own business.
