Zazzle Prints

So, is Zazzle Legit? Yes. It is.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to sell your artwork on a variety of products, Zazzle.com is the rising star of Print-on-Demand companies, otherwise known as PODs. There is no better avenue for residual income from your graphic designs than working with a Print-on-Demand company such as Zazzle.

Print-on-Demand is a concept that allows individual artists to sell their designs on a variety of products without having to print batches of products or carry inventory. Products are manufactured one at a time when a customer places an order.

Zazzle prints your design on the product ordered and ships it to the customer for you.

All you need to do is what you do best, create designs, and Zazzle will send you a check for your profits earned.

Upload a design, choose which products to sell it on, write a product title, description and keywords, and Zazzle does the rest.

Just a few of the product types Zazzle Offers:

  • Key chains
  • hats
  • coffee mugs
  • tote bags
  • t-shirts

  • bibs
  • skateboards
  • hoodies

Zazzle provides customization options that allow the customer to add their text to your designs.

Imagine offering your design on a coffee mug that allows your customer to add their name or friend’s name as a gift?

The potential for sales is increased manifold with Zazzle’s customization technology. If you prefer, you can turn the option off and not allow your products to be customized. The choice is yours.

Zazzle Profits

Zazzle allows you to set your markup.

You can set a single royalty percentage for all products, or you can set a different rate for specific product types if you wish. Zazzle puts you in full control of your profits and your designs. They even offer sales bonuses on top of your markup.

Zazzle will help you sell your products, showcasing your products in the Zazzle Marketplace. Shoppers from all over the world visit the Zazzle Marketplace to shop for t-shirts and other products.

If you have your website or blog, Zazzle offers a variety of free marketing tools.

Choose from simple link builders or the full Zazzle Store Builder, which lets you build a website on your domain and quickly populate it with your Zazzle products.

They even provide unique tools and Flash panels for Facebook and MySpace users, as well as email and Twitter links.

Track your traffic by adding your Google Analytics code in the Basic Information for your Zazzle store or use the free StatCounter that Zazzle provides.

Affiliates can sell your products as well, increasing your sales exponentially. You don’t need to do a thing; if you build it, they will come and help you sell it.

Zazzle Affiliate

You can become a Zazzle Affiliate and earn affiliate income by sending shoppers to Zazzle from your website or blog.

If you send a shopper to Zazzle and don't buy one of your products, instead shop the Zazzle Marketplace and buy someone else's merchandise, you can still earn a piece of the pie.

Zazzle is shopkeeper friendly. After all, if you succeed, they succeed.

Zazzle also provides a free storefront on its website and a variety of free website templates for your storefront. If you are an HTML guru, you can customize your storefront with custom banners, background graphics, text colors, and a custom table of contents.

HTML novices can use the free website templates provided and let Zazzle worry about the details. Regardless of your level of knowledge, Zazzle makes it easy to sell your designs on their products.

The Zazzle forums put you in touch with other Zazzle shopkeepers who are generous in their advice to succeed.

Help is available for every aspect of your Zazzle experience, including discussions about graphic software, marketing and promotion, third party tools, store customization, and even friendly chit chat among shopkeepers.

Getting Started

Getting started with Zazzle is easy. From the Zazzle.com home page, you can click the Sign In link, which takes you to the existing and new user sign up page. Follow their simple instructions for new users, and you’re on your way to selling your designs.

One crucial thing to decide before you set up an account is what to call your Zazzle store. Your user name will also be your store name, so keep that in mind when setting up the account. Instead of choosing Johnny123 as your user name/store name, you might want to choose something related to your designs, such as TreeHugger or GuitarMan or SassyKidsWear.

This name becomes part of your store’s internet URL, so you’ll want it to be unique and memorable. No two Zazzle stores can have the same name. If someone already has that user name, you’ll need to choose another.

You are limited only by your imagination. Digital art, hand-drawn art, photographs, and even text-only designs will find their perfect selling point on Zazzle. Once you’ve created products for sale, those products will continue to bring you residual income for years.
