One of my favorite features in the Keap CRM is the ability to customize the dashboard. I also love that each member on a team can also customize their own dashboard. In this video, I show you 10 things you can do with the Keap CRM dashboard. Read on to view each feature. Keap is an easy way to track your progress on different campaigns, with the option of viewing them in a widget. When you create a campaign and set goals for it, Keap will automatically prioritize whichever ones are near completion first (end goals) or at the beginning second (start goals), so that you can see how well they’re going based off what has been completed already.

The KEAP dashboard is a one-stop shop for all your favorite blogs. You can subscribe to any RSS feed you want and have it saved in the app, so that you never miss an update from your blog of choice!
This widget allows you to see what your last 5 emails have been and how they were received. It displays the open rates and click-through rates of these messages so that you can monitor them at a glance.
The Pipeline widget in keap CRM provides you an overview of how many opportunities are currently on each stage of your sales. You can also have a full list view by clicking on the specific stages that interest you most!
Saved Search or Saved Report
Keap’s “Saved Search” or “Save Report” widget are great tools for monitoring specific lists from your CRM. These widgets can display up to the first 20 results of any search and report, making it easy to monitor a list without having access through other sources.
Contacts, one of my favorite widgets in the keap app lets you see a total number on contacts as well as how many have been recently added. You’re able to view this information for any specific Tag which makes it super easy with so many features and options!
The All Sales widget provides you with a time based report on All Sales. See all of your sales that occurred within a particular time frame.
Provides a list of fulfillment jobs assigned to you.
Legacy Campaign Stats
With this widget, you can see how your legacy campaigns are performing and measure the success of each campaign. This includes number of web form submissions as well as link clicks to view a certain page on your website.
