1. Go to your KW Agent Site [Public Side that the Visitor Sees]
2. Type in a Neighborhood
3. From the options, click MORE
4. Check the box for just reduced listings
5. Copy that URL to use for your Facebook Ad
6. Create an Image in Designs
7. Create a New Campaign
8. Choose Facebook
9. Type in a headline and Description in Ad edits
10. Add an Image
11. Choose Lead Form Ad
12. Add your URL for the redirect after the visitor fills out the form
13. Select a Budget
14. Run your Ad!
