Hostgator Affiliate Program: $65 – $125 per Sale

Did you know that you can make money by promoting HostGator on your blog? It’s easy to sign up for the Hostgator affiliate program, and you can earn bonuses by referring new customers. If you’re looking for a way to monetize your blog, this is a great opportunity!

I make 6 figures as a blogger. I review software, compare software, and teach software. Affiliate marketing is a great way for bloggers to monetize their website, Youtube, and social channel.

What is HostGator?

HostGator is a web hosting company that offers a variety of plans to suit your needs. Whether you’re looking for shared hosting, cloud hosting, or dedicated servers, they have something to fit your budget. They’re also a part of the Impact Radius network, which means that they offer affiliates competitive commission rates.

How Does the Program Work?

The HostGator affiliate program is very straightforward. You simply need to sign up for an account and provide some basic information about your blog. Once you’re approved, you’ll be given a unique affiliate link to share with your readers.

When someone clicks on your link and makes a purchase from HostGator, you’ll earn a commission. The amount you earn depends on how many sales you generate in a given month, but it typically ranges from $65-$125 per sale. Plus, you’ll also receive a 60-day tracking cookie, which means that if someone clicks on your link but doesn’t purchase immediately, you’ll still receive credit for the sale if they purchase within 60 days.

And best of all, since HostGator uses a last-click model, you’ll always receive credit for any sales that are generated from your link, even if the customer clicked on other affiliates’ links before finally making a purchase.

Hostgator Affiliate Program Marketing Examples

Product Comparison: A popular type of blog post used to promote affiliate offers is the product comparison. This is where you take two similar products and compare their features side by side. For example, cybernews did a comparison where they compared Hostgator and Godaddy.

In this post, they talked about the features of each company and why each is a better choice based on the feature. Since cybernews has what appears to be an affiliate link for each, they benefit with either click.

I found the blog post through the People Also Ask section on Google where Google listed the question “Is Hostgator the same is GoDaddy”.

What’s interesting is that Cybernews didn’t have that question in their blog, but rather the heading Hostgator vs. GoDaddy. Google used the following paragraph for the PPA box. “HostGator and GoDaddy are two popular options for anyone starting a website. However, HostGator offers cheaper pricing and all-inclusive hosting packages. GoDaddy, on the other hand, is more expensive and oriented towards business users.”

Product Review: Another popular way to blog about an affiliate program is through product reviews. Reviewing the product shows potential customers that you’ve actually used it and gives your review credibility. Hostgator has been reviewed by a lot of bloggers, but one, in particular, is PCmag.

They did an in-depth review of the service, going over the pros and cons of using HostGator. They also gave the company 4 out of 5 stars, which is pretty good.

When someone clicks their affiliate link and makes a purchase, they will earn a commission.

List Post: You can also make money from your blog by creating list posts. A list post is simply a blog post that includes a list of items, and each item has an affiliate link. For example, this post from Quicksprout lists 6 of the best web hosting companies for the current year.

As you can see, each item on the list has an affiliate link. So if someone clicks on one of the links and makes a purchase, the blogger who created the post will earn a commission.

This is a great way to make money from your blog because it allows you to promote multiple products in one post, and you’re not just promoting Hostgator, but 6 other companies as well.

Tutorial Video: You can also make money from your blog by creating tutorial videos. This is a great way to show potential customers how to use Hostgator, and if they find the video helpful, they may be more likely to make a purchase.

For example, this video from Chris Winter is a tutorial about setting up a WordPress website with Hostgator. He’s built a business out of tutorial videos and makes a full-time income from it.

If someone watches his video and then clicks on his affiliate link to make a purchase, he’ll earn a commission.

These are just some of the ways that you can make money from your blog by promoting Hostgator’s affiliate program. There are endless possibilities, so get creative

Conclusion:

If you’re looking for an easy way to monetize your blog, the HostGator affiliate program is definitely worth considering. With competitive commission rates and a simple signup process, it’s easy to start earning money right away! So what are you waiting for? Sign up today and start earning commissions on every sale!
