With this feature, you can connect your IDX Broker account to your Facebook business page allowing your featured listings to appear right on Facebook.

Your business page will not be able use this feature if you have age, country, or other privacy restrictions.

Step by Step Instructions

The Most Flexible IDX

Display IDX real estate listings on Realtor websites and mobile devices with Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds. By using this link, Jeff and Paul Helvin at Ballen Brands are your tech support.

First, in your IDX Broker Dashboard, click Design -> Website -> Page Templates. Find the Facebook Page Under “Other Pages’.

Next, Click Edit.

Click on the tab Facebook. ID.

Click on the Facebook ID Tab once you choose edit page

Select the Facebook ID tab and enter the URL and your Page ID of your Facebook Business Page. To find your Facebook ID, click ABOUT from your Facebook Page and scroll down to the Facebook ID.

Your Facebook URL will be in the browser bar and you should click the HOME page to access the proper URL.

Next, click the Settings Tab and then the button ‘Link on FB’.

Next, Facebook will open giving you the option to choose which Facebook Page should receive the new IDX Listings Tab.

Once your Page is Connected, you can view your page as a visitor and access the tab on the left.
